UA Man Sentenced For Crash With Bicyclist

An Upper Arlington man who hit a bicyclist last year will serve three years in prison. 31-year-old Andrew Inglis must also pay a fine and make restitution for hitting Steve Wartenburg as he rode along McCoy Road last November. Inglis was sentenced earlier this week. Police say Inglis was intoxicated and failed to stop after hitting the victim.
