Bond is set at 500 thousand dollars for a Milford Center man accused of killing his ailing wife. 56-year-old Jon Costell allegedly gave his 58-year-old wife Debra a lethal combination of anti-depressants and painkillers last year as part of what investigators and friends say was a pattern of domestic abuse. The Union County coroner has ruled the death a homicide.
