Unions To Work For POTUS This Weekend

AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka says 128-thousand volunteers will knock on doors, make phone calls, and mail fliers for President Obama and other union-friendly candidates during the final days before the election.The federation is focusing much of its effort in Ohio, where 13.4 percent of all workers belong to a union. Unions have a strong campaign infrastructure in Ohio after working last year to repeal the state's collective
bargaining law.
