University Hospitals Seek Gag Order In Frozen Embryo Case

cleveland.com

Officials at University Hospitals in Cleveland are asking a judge to issue a gag order in lawsuits against its fertility clinic.

Attorneys for the hospital say lawyers for nearly one-thousand families who lost 4 thousand frozen eggs and embryos earlier this year are trying to sway public opinion about the case. The system has blamed a storage tank failure for the loss of the materials.
