Unknown Substance Found At Whitehall Facility

U.S. military officials say there is no danger to the public from an unknown substance unearthed at the military supply depot in Whitehall.

A construction crew stumbled on the substance yesterday at the Defense Supply Center and notified authorities when it appeared to burn when exposed to air. A section of Yearling Road remains closed during the investigation.
