An Ohio State University drum major coach is facing sexual assault charges. Columbus police say 28-year-old Stewart Kitchen forced himself on a female student who was having drinks with him at his Indianola Avenue home earlier this month. Kitchen has been placed on administrative leave and is due to appear in court today. The allegations come as the school deals with the fallout of its investigation that determined former marching band director Jon Waters failed to stop a sexualized culture within the band.
