Vehicle Of Slain Man Found In Western Franklin County

Franklin County Sheriff's deputies say they have found the vehicle of a driver-for-hire whose body was discovered Tuesday night on the Northwest side. The vehicle belonging to 49-year-old Paul Devitt was found this morning in a hotel parking lot near Hilliard Rome and Trabue roads on the far West side. Deputies say one person was taken into custody for questioning. Devitt's body was found in a Cosgray Road mobile home park. Authorities believe he was killed during a robbery attempt.
