Victims Of Weekend Crash Identified

Franklin County Sheriff's deputies have identified the three victims of a weekend head-on crash that left several others injured.Deputies say the two male passengers in the southbound car that crossed a center line of Route 62 and hit another vehicle were Sammy Stamper Senior and Junior. The 55-year-old father and his 29-year-old son died at the scene Saturday night. The driver of the car carrying the father and son, 32-year-old Melissa Robins, is listed in serious condition at a local hospital. 9-year-old Elijah Love, who was riding in the back of the other car with his family, was also killed. Four more people in the Love family's vehicle sustained injuries and were taken to hospitals. No charges have been filed. The crash remains under investigation.
