Village Mayor Denies Sexual Imposition Allegation

The Mayor of the southwest Ohio village of Harveysburg is due back in court on June 11th after pleading not guilty to a sexual imposition charge. 75-year-old Richard Verga says if he did touch a female village employee prior to a village council meeting last month, it was accidental. Verga has refused council's request to take a leave of absence pending resolution of the case.
