The man convicted of setting the fire that destroyed the Volunteers of America warehouse on Broad Street last year has been sentenced to 20 years in prison.
33-year-old Aaron Callicoat must also pay more than 800 thousand dollars restitution. He pleaded guilty May 2 for the warehouse fire and blazes that destroyed two cars and an abandoned house on the west side, The arsons date back to 2012. VOA has been asking for donations of clothing and other goods to replace the items that were stored inside of the warehouse.
