Voters Approve Columbus Income Tax Hike

  • Columbus voters have approved a measure allowing the city to increase its income tax rate for the first time in more than two decades. Unoffical results from the Franklin County Board of Elections show the half-percent increase passed by less than four percentage points, or slightly more than three thousand votes.
