Votes In 2012 Election Under Scrutiny

Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted says 450 votes in the 2012 election are under scrutiny, with 129 of them turned over to law enforcement for investigation.Husted says in the majority of the cases, there was an "attempted effort" at fraud, and a few voters cast two ballots. He says some made an innocent mistake, unsure whether they cast an absentee ballot. There were more than 5.6 million votes cast in Ohio in the 2012 presidential election. Hamilton County was the first in the state to prosecute voter fraud from the election.
