Columbus, OH – In the Ohio legislature, state senators have approved a proposal, offering vouchers to parents of children with mental or physical disabilities....so they can afford to switch their kids from public schools to private schools. Most members of the Ohio House also like the idea....but it's not likely to become law. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
