VPOTUS Stumps In Marion

Vice President Joe Biden campaigned in Marion yesterday.

He  portrayed GOP Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney as a rich man who does not understand average middle-class people. Biden says Romney's plan to continue a federal income tax cut for the wealthy would be a bonanza for them.  Biden says the plan would force either large spending cuts or a tax increase on the middle class.
