Federal authorities have arrested a Detroit man wanted for allegedly violating terms of his bond.
31-year-old Dwayne Ballinger was arrested inside of a Hilliard home on Wednesday. Ballinger allegedly failed to show up to serve his jail sentence for a 2006 murder conviction. Ballinger was released from custody on orders of a lower court but was required to wear an electronic monitor while his case was reviewed. An appeals court later upheld the jail sentence.
