The Ohio Attorney General's office says Washington County Prosecutor Kevin Rings has been indicted on misdemeanor counts of coercion and sexual imposition.
Rings allegedly had inappropriate sexual contact with a woman in his office who was both a witness in one case and a defendant in another. The alleged behavior includes inappropriate text messages. Rings, a Republican, has pleaded not guilty.
