Columbus police say services interrupted by the breaks of two sprinkler lines and a water line that flooded part of its downtown headquarters have resumed. A damage estimate has not been released. The flooding hindered some public services, such as background checks and report copying. Those services resumed as the cleanup continued last night. It was the second public water issue in Columbus this week. Frigid weather hampered efforts to repair a water main break at North Fourth and East Gay Streets that flooded some downtown streets.
