During the harsh cold of winter, Columbus and other Ohio cities have problems with broken water lines.Columbus utilities crews are working this week to repair 50 minor water line breaks around the city. Shifting ground from freezing and thawing causes them to break, creating the potential for major damage to roads and buildings. Cleveland Water department director Alex Margevicius says it's also happening in his city.
