Originally from Columbus, OH., singer-songwriter Nicholas Williams who performs under the name Whetherman will play a few songs during the Global Village. He now resides in Jacksonville, FL., and will be in town to play live at WCBE in the afternoon and that night at Woodland's Tavern!
