Dozens of flights into and out of Port Columbus have been canceled today as strong winds and snowfall have knocked out power to hundreds of Ohio homes and disrupted post-holiday travel.Parts of Ohio are under blizzard or winter weather warnings, with freezing rain turning to snow earlier today. Central Ohio roads remain snow-covered and slippery as highway crews continue working to keep up with the falling snow. Franklin County is under a Level One snow emergency. Columbus police say they will not respond to accidents today except if there are injuries. Police say those involved in a non-injury accident should exchange insurance information. Temperatures will be noticeably colder the rest of the week.
