Weather Forces Flight Cancelations

Dozens of flights into and out of Port Columbus have been canceled today as  strong winds and snowfall have knocked out power to hundreds of Ohio homes and disrupted post-holiday travel.Parts of Ohio are under blizzard or winter weather warnings, with freezing rain turning to snow earlier today. Central Ohio roads remain snow-covered and slippery as highway crews continue working to keep up with the falling snow. Franklin County is under a Level One snow emergency. Columbus police say they will not respond to accidents today except if there are injuries. Police say those involved in a non-injury accident should exchange insurance information.  Temperatures will be noticeably colder the rest of the week.
