Troy fire officials say a Westerville man died Saturday in a fire that started while he was working on a car with his step-brother.
Fire officials say 28-year-old Scott Edgell was killed when a build up of gasoline fumes turned into flames. The two men were changing a gasoline tank on the car when a spark caused the fumes to ignite.
