Wittenberg University President Laurie Joyner will resign tomorrow, a few weeks after she initiated more than 6 million dollars in budget cuts. Joyner took the reigns of the Clark County liberal arts school in 2012 amid mounting debt and shrinking enrollment. College officials say they will conduct a nationwide search for a successor.
