Franklin County Sheriff's deputies say a woman was struck by car and killed Monday when she attempted to cross a stretch of I-71 southbound.Deputies say 29-year-old Ashley Dennison ran out of gas near Stringtown Road and she was attempting to go get some when she was hit. The driver was not arrested and is not facing charges.
