Woman Pleads Guilty To Cashing Mom's S.S. Checks

Federal prosecutors in Columbus say a Marietta woman has pleaded guilty to burying her mother’s body in her Florida backyard 16 years ago and cashing 142-thousand dollars worth of her Social Security Checks.Sentencing is pending for 65-year-old Patricia Hodges. As part of a plea deal, Hodges has agreed to pay restitution for cashing the checks of her late mother Janet Kelly.
