A worker at the Anchor Hocking plant in Lancaster died yesterday after the dome of a ceramic tank collapsed. Three workers were trying to make repairs inside the tank when the dome collapsed. The name of the victim has yet to be released. The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating.
