The Infamous Stringdusters, the bluegrass outfit that formed in Nashville in 2006 will return to perform a few songs Live From Studio A during the Global Village

The new one, "Souther Is For Lovers", is ready to go, and the release show for that one will be at The Shrunken Head Saturday January 21st.

He will resume touring in January, but you can hear him play a few songs, and talk about this new release before that.

These guys out of Nashville have been described as having musical influences ranging from rock, bluegrass, funk, metal and classic country.

Columbus' third annual tribute to The Last Waltz will take place on Friday, Nov. 18th at Park Street Saloon and the house band of the night will play a few songs in advance during the Global Village

Doc Robinson is a collaboration between Nick D'andrea (Nick D And The Believers) and Jon Elliott (The Floorwalkers).

Their new EP is "Golden Daze" , and the release show is scheduled to take place at Brothers Drake on Saturday November 19th.

He will be in Toledo on the 16th, and in Akron the evening of the 17th, so if you want to hear him perform in Columbus on the 17th, your only option will be to tune in to WCBE.
