The City of Columbus has roughly 5-dozen snow plows on the roads today, working to clear residential streets. Forecasters expect more snowfall this weekend. Parts of Ohio got nearly a foot of snow this week, and the operators of the state's ski resorts say that should make for a better season that last year, when they dealt with a mild winter and a lack of snow. Greg Fisher, general manager of Mad River Mountain ski resort in Western Ohio, says 10 inches of snow allowed the opening of all but one of the 24 trails Thursday. Last year, five trails were open after Christmas.
