Columbus police say services interrupted by the breaks of two sprinkler lines and a water line that flooded part of its downtown headquarters have resumed.

Columbus police were scrambling early this morning to maintain business as usual after a sprinkler pipe burst and flooded part of the department's downtown headquarters.

Central Officials say a battery for construction equipment exploded at Columbus police headquarters last night, prompting an evacuation and search of the downtown building.
