Ohio this morning executed the Columbus man convicted of killing two strangers on a Belmont County road in 1989.

An Ohio death row inmate facing a lethal injection next week for murdering two people in 1989, has given a rare interview.  In it, Donald Palmer talks about guilt, God, and capitol punishment.  Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports. 

Attorneys for an Ohio death-row inmate scheduled for execution next month declined to seek clemency from the state parole board on Thursday.
