The teen charged with stabbing and killing a woman in a Blendon Township park last year pleaded guilty Thursday to adult charges in a deal with prosecutors.

Franklin County prosecutors say the teenager charged with killing a Blendon Township jogger last year has agreed to plead guilty to adult murder charges and accept a prison sentence of 18-years to life.

A Franklin County Children Services report says child welfare workers should have known more about the violent background of a group home resident charged in the October slaying of a jogger in Blendon Township.
