Ohio State University sent an "active shooter on campus" this morning, urging students and faculty to shelter in place.  According to reports, a vehicle crashed into Watts Hall this morning around 9:30, and Columbus Fire responded to suspicions of a possible chlorine leak.  Shortly after that, an individual within the building began to attack people.  Fire officials say nine people have been taken to the hospital; one is in critical condition, while the others are considered stable.
