A former Morrow village police officer is being arraigned in Warren County today on charges of stealing 46-hundred dollars from a charity event for a fallen sheriff's deputy.
Warren County authorities are moving ahead on a planned 175-million dollar "racino" near Interstate 75 and Monroe.
